ELIGIBILITY

All registered organizations participating in the ICAISIT 2026 Industrial Showcase are eligible for consideration. Entries are evaluated by the Judging Committee based on demonstrated operational maturity, market impact, technical novelty, and industrial relevance.

INDUSTRIAL AWARD CATEGORIES

Industrial Excellence Award: recognizes mature operational capability, commercial viability, global scalability, measurable business impact, and sustainable industrial deployment.

Industrial Innovation Award: recognizes cutting-edge technical novelty, inventive architectures, proprietary R&D, and disruptive industrial technology breakthroughs.

BASIS FOR JUDGING

Industrial entries are assessed across five weighted pillars totaling 100 points:

  • Innovation Depth — 20 pts: novelty of approach, proprietary R&D, and technical differentiation.
  • Technical Sophistication — 20 pts: engineering architecture, robustness, reliability, edge-case handling, and security protocols.
  • Business Impact — 25 pts: commercial viability, measurable ROI or cost savings, client traction, and market adoption.
  • Global Scalability — 20 pts: cross-border deployment viability, modular architecture, API interoperability, and expansion readiness.
  • Industrial Sustainability — 15 pts: energy or resource efficiency, ESG alignment, waste reduction, and lifecycle management.

ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open to all individuals regardless of organization, nationality, race, creed, gender, or age. Eligibility is contingent upon the successful acceptance and registration of a paper at ICAISIT 2026.

BASIS FOR JUDGING

Papers are evaluated by adjudicators according to four weighted criteria totaling 100 points:

  • Research Originality & Innovation — 30 pts: novel conceptual frameworks, inventive formulation of AI or smart industrial technologies, and advancement beyond the state of the art.
  • Technical Rigor & Methodology — 25 pts: theoretical soundness, mathematical proofs, experimental baseline comparisons, reproducibility, and statistical validation.
  • Clarity of Written Contribution — 15 pts: logical organization, academic prose quality, and clarity of figures, graphs, and tables.
  • Potential Impact & Field Advancement — 15 pts: practical relevance to smart industrial technologies, generalizability, and future scholarly or industrial influence.
  • Verbal Presentation — 15 pts: Content organization; topic knowledge, delivery, communication skills, and use of visual aids.

AWARD ROUTING & QUALIFICATION BENCHMARKS

  • Best Paper Award: highest overall composite score in the track or conference.
  • Best Student Paper Award: highest composite score among verified student-led papers.
  • Innovation Excellence Paper Award: highest score in Research Originality & Innovation.
  • Research Excellence Paper Award: highest score in Technical Rigor & Methodology.
  • Best Presentation Award: highest score in Criterion 5.
  • Best Student Presentation Award: highest score in Criterion 5 among verified student-led papers.
